Solucion HomeServices partner onboarding system
This Partner Agreement is entered into between Solucion HomeServices ("Company") and the applicant ("Partner") upon acceptance of this application.
1. Service standards
Partners must deliver all services professionally, punctually, and as per Solucion quality guidelines. Repeated complaints may lead to suspension or termination.
2. Commission structure
Solucion HomeServices retains a platform commission on each completed booking, communicated at onboarding and revised with 30 days' notice.
3. Payment terms
Partner earnings are credited every Monday for the previous week's completed jobs, after deducting platform commission and taxes.
4. Code of conduct
Partners must treat all customers with respect. Harassment, fraud, theft, or misconduct leads to immediate termination and may result in legal action.
5. Exclusivity clause
Non-exclusive agreement. Solucion branding must only be used when carrying out Solucion-assigned jobs.
6. Background verification
All partners must complete a police verification check before activation. Solucion reserves the right to reject any application.
7. Data privacy
Customer data is strictly confidential. Misuse is a violation of this agreement and applicable Indian law.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate with 15 days' written notice. Immediate termination applies in cases of fraud or misconduct.
9. Dispute resolution
Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jammu, J&K.
10. Amendments
Solucion reserves the right to amend terms with 30 days' notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
