SOLUCION HomeServices Pvt. Ltd. – Cancellation & Refund Policy
At SOLUCION HomeServices Pvt. Ltd., we aim to provide reliable and efficient services. However, if you need to cancel your booking, the following policy will apply:
- Immediate Cancellation: Customers can cancel their booking immediately after placing it if they no longer wish to avail of the service.
- Advance Payment & Cancellation: If you have paid an advance but cancel without a valid reason, 50% of the advance payment will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
- Team Visit & Non-Completion of Service: If our team arrives at the service location but is unable to perform their job due to the customer’s decision to cancel, 50% of the service amount will be deducted from any advance paid before processing a refund.
- Rescheduling Instead of Cancellation: If you need to reschedule your booking, please inform us in advance to avoid cancellation charges.
- Refund Processing: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 48-72 hours after cancellation approval.
