Our 48-Hour Service Guarantee
Our Promise to You
If the same problem comes back within 48 hours of our visit, we will fix it again — completely FREE of charge. No questions, no extra visit fee, no hassle.

What This Guarantee Covers
A FREE RE-VISIT (labour only) if the SAME ISSUE you originally booked us for happens again within 48 hours of the service being completed.
Plumbing Same leak, blockage, or fitting issue recurs at the exact location repaired. For example, a tap that was fixed starts leaking again from the same point.
Electrical Same fault returns — for example, a fan that was repaired stops working again, or a replaced switch/socket fails again.
AC Servicing AC stops cooling again within 48 hours due to the same issue addressed during the original service.
Deep Cleaning If a specific area cleaned shows the same issue was not properly addressed, we’ll re-clean that area at no charge.
Carpentry Same lock, hinge, or fitting issue recurs at the exact item repaired or installed.
Pest Control Visible pest activity of the same type returns in the same treated area within 48 hours.
What’s Included in the Free Re-visit
- Labour cost: FREE
- Visit/inspection charge: WAIVED
- If the issue is due to a faulty part supplied by us: replacement part is also FREE
How the 48 Hours Are Counted
The 48-hour period starts from the moment your booking is marked “Completed” — when our partner confirms the job is done and you’ve signed off.
Example: If your job is completed on Monday at 3:00 PM, our guarantee covers any recurrence of the same issue up to Wednesday at 3:00 PM.
What’s Not Covered
To keep this guarantee fair, the following are not covered under the 48-Hour Guarantee:
- A different or new issue (not the original problem we fixed)
- Pre-existing issues that weren’t part of the original booking
- Damage caused by misuse or tampering after our visit
- If another technician (not from Solucion) worked on the same item after our visit
- Natural wear and tear unrelated to the original repair
- Damage from power surges, water supply issues, or natural causes
- Any claim raised after the 48-hour window has passed
If your issue isn’t covered under this guarantee, we’ll let you know clearly — and you’re always welcome to book a new paid service.
How to Claim Your Free Re-visit
Contact us within 48 hours — WhatsApp us at +91 6006871006 with your original booking/invoice number and let us know the same issue has come back.
Quick verification — we may ask for a short photo or video, or a couple of quick questions, just to confirm it’s the same issue.
Free re-visit scheduled — we’ll prioritise your re-visit, usually the same day or next working day, with the same partner where possible.
Issue resolved — our partner returns and fixes the problem at no labour cost to you.
