1. Warranty Coverage: This warranty covers any workmanship-related defects in plumbing services performed by SOLUCION HomeServices. If the same issue recurs within 30 days from the date of service, we will repair it free of charge.
   Covered Under Warranty:
   Leakage from repaired or installed plumbing fixtures.
   Improper functioning of repaired pipelines, faucets, or drainage systems.
   Faults arising due to improper service execution.
   Not Covered Under Warranty:
   Issues caused due to misuse, mishandling, or external damage after service.
   Problems arising from third-party interventions or modifications.
   Plumbing components, pipes, or fixtures that need replacement due to wear and tear.
   Damage caused by external factors such as natural disasters, high water pressure fluctuations, or sewer backups.
   
   
2. Warranty Claim Process: To claim warranty service, customers must:
   Contact SOLUCION HomeServices within 30 days of the initial service.
   Provide the invoice or service receipt as proof of service.
   Explain the issue and allow our team to inspect the problem.
   
   Once verified, our team will schedule a free repair visit at the earliest possible date.
3. Additional Terms & Conditions:
   This warranty applies only to services provided by SOLUCION Home Services and not to product or material failures.
   Warranty service will be performed during business hours and as per technician availability.
   SOLUCION Home Services holds the right to reject a warranty claim if it does not meet the coverage criteria.
