  1. Visiting Terms:
    A visiting fee may apply if a service professional visits the customer’s location after a booking has been made. This fee will be communicated at the time of booking and is non-negotiable.
    The visiting fee applies only in cases of early consultations or bulk service inquiries.
  2. Bookings, Cancellations & Rescheduling:
    Service Bookings:
    Customers can book services directly through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
    Our platform ensures a hassle-free scheduling process, allowing customers to choose a convenient time slot.
    Urgent service requests are accommodated based on availability.
    Booking Confirmation:
    Once a booking is confirmed, customers will receive a confirmation via SMS or email, including appointment details.
    Payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking.
    Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
    We understand that plans can change. To ensure smooth service scheduling, we have the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:
    Cancellation Policy:
    Immediate Cancellation: Customers can cancel their booking immediately after placing it if they no longer wish to avail of the service.
    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a
    cancellation fee of ₹200 (as per service type).
    If our service professional arrives at the customer’s location and the service is
    declined or cancelled on the spot, a visiting fee may be charged.
    No-shows: If the customer is unresponsive or unavailable at the scheduled time, the appointment will be considered cancelled, and cancellation charges may apply.
    Rescheduling Policy:
    Customers can reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours before the original booking time without any additional fee.
    Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to availability, and a rescheduling fee may apply.

  3. Pricing, Subscription & Payment Terms: 
    Pricing: 
    All service prices are fixed, transparent, and non-negotiable.
    Customers are responsible for reviewing pricing before confirming their booking.
    Once the service is completed, the quoted price at the time of booking remains unchanged.
    All charges are inclusive of applicable taxes.
    Payments:
    Payments can be made at the time of booking or after service completion, as per agreed terms.
    We accept payments via UPI, online payment gateways, and offline methods.
    Subscription Plans
    Customers can opt for exclusive subscription plans such as:
    Monthly Packages
    Festive Packages
    Customizable Plans
    Subscribers receive special discounts and additional benefits on services.
  4. Customer Satisfaction & Service Warranty:
    Service Quality Guarantee:
    We are committed to delivering high-quality services. If customers experience any issues with completed work, they must notify us within 24 hours. We will rectify the issue free of charge.
    Issues reported after 24 hours will be subject to standard service charges.
    30-Day Plumbing Service Warranty:
    All plumbing repairs and installations come with a 30-day service warranty.
    If the same issue recurs within 30 days, we will provide a free rework.
    The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, third-party modifications, or external factors such as water pressure fluctuations or structural issues.
    Liability Disclaimer: Our professionals take all necessary precautions while performing the work. However, SOLUCION Home Services is not liable for any damages, losses, or unforeseen circumstances occurring during or after service completion.
