VISITING TERMS:

– Customers may be required to pay a visiting fee if our partner visits their home after a booking has been made. The visiting fee will be communicated to the customer at the time of booking and is non-negotiable.

– Please note: Visiting fee only needs to be paid in accordance with any early interaction or incase of bulk services.

 

BOOKINGS:

Orders: Customers can avail of any service directly from the website or by simply contacting. Our platform understands customers’ requirements and helps with a relevant time slot to provide hassle-free services. Customers have the advantage to request immediate service in important times.

Confirmations: Once the booking has been confirmed an EMAIL or SMS with the relevant booking details are provided to the customers to ensure the CONFIRMATION. The payment for these services can be done in accordance with the conditions decided.

Cancellation: Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without incurring any charges. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee may be charged.

 

PRICES, SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS TERMS:

Prices: The prices mentioned on our website are fixed and non-negotiable. Customers are responsible for reviewing and understanding the pricing before making a booking.

– Our partner will not change the price after completing the work. The customer will be charged the same amount as quoted at the time of booking.

– All Charges and Fees are inclusive of taxes

Payments: Payment for the service must be made at the time of booking or after the completion of the work, depending on the terms agreed upon.

– Customers can make payments using any UPI, offline or online method.

Subscription: Our platform provides customers with exclusive subscriptions monthly packages, festive packages and customizable packages. These subscriptions would help customers avail of additional benefits and discounts.

 

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:

– We strive to provide the best service possible. If the customer experiences any issues with the work done by our partner, they must notify us within 24 hours of the completion of the work. We will rectify the issue at no extra cost to the customer. If the issue is reported after 24 hours, new charges will apply.

– We appreciate our customers providing constructive feedback or review which will help us improve and provide better services in the future.

– Our partner will take all necessary precautions while performing the work, but we cannot be held liable for any damages or losses incurred during or after the work has been completed.
