Cancellation Policy
SOLUCION HOMESERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
– Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after booking a service. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if any of our staff members have already visited the site location or the place where he/she wants the service
– SOLUCION HOMESERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED cares for our customers hence in terms of any customers dissatisfaction the team will visit the site location and conduct a regular check on the service provided. If the team feels a lack from their end a refund/replacement can be made as per customer’s wish
– In case of any damaged or defective product please note that we will not be able to replace any products or refund in any sort since our vision is clear to just provide you with your day to day services hence we DO NOT deal with any product replacement
-In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
– In case of any Refunds approved by the SOLUCION HOMESERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, it all takes 1-2 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
